If you are looking for an authentic and heartfelt ceremony, Denise can tell your story in ways that will elicit all the feels. As a registered Humanist officiant, Denise performs non-religious wedding ceremonies in the province of Ontario. She proudly attended performing arts school, so when it comes to your wedding, she can easily play it straight, or will happily dress up like Elvis or Baby Yoda if that is your bag. This world of ours is so often divisive, and promoting love and officiating weddings of all shapes and sizes is just one way that she shows her respect and regard for healthy and loving human relationships. Based in Oakville, Denise has been a lifelong storyteller and presenter with her career in television and media. She is married with two children.

Packages

A quick legal ceremony or a memorable bespoke wedding that will awe your guests, we'll craft the perfect ceremony:

Just the Legal Stuff: $300

Fully Bespoke: $500

Vow Renewals: $400

Note: Rehearsals are recommended, but not mandatory. Rehearsals are an extra fee based on time and distance. While I can provide services anywhere in Ontario, depending on your distance, there may be an additional charge for mileage. Fee only includes officiant, municipal fees for licences are not included. There may be additional fees for any items associated with ceremony rituals, such as candles, for example.

Creating The Perfect Ceremony: The Process

1 / Book me!

Reach out, let me know your date, and put down a deposit.

2 / Intake Form

Both partners fill out that will give me an introduction to you. Easily and quickly fill it out here: https://form.jotform.com/250576202611044

3 / Meeting

We'll have an in-person or virtual meeting (whichever you prefer) to get to know each other, and so I can delve deeper into who you are and how you envision your ceremony. I'll give you a checklist of all the legal requirements and how to ensure you have everything ready and done before your wedding day.

4 / Drafting and Editing

We'll collaborate to produce a draft of your ceremony, including all the details. We'll edit together until it is exactly how you want it.

5 / Rehearsal and The Big Day

If you have a rehearsal, we can continue to amend the ceremony as we try it out in person. On your big day, you'll feel comfortable that everything will work exactly as planned.
